What is the message or story of the house?  Who are you trying to appeal to?  How can we make the Property you are representing and you as an Agent stand out from the rest?  The answers to these questions will hopefully be shown in the finished product.

When you are dealing with houses you want the buyers to take with them something that stands out.  Flyers are often times the calling card for the house.  You are selling not just the house but the neighborhood, the schools and a lifestyle.  Whether it’s a high end property or a Mid-range you want the buyer to remember the house favorably.  The house is only one piece of what buyers are buying.

Buying and Selling homes are a hassle, If you use flyers you want it to pop and stand out from the rest. When designing these flyers I took what I liked and what I didn’t into consideration.  My Designs are customized with you and your business in mind.  I will take colors from the your logo, your signature colors and incorporate them into the design.  Plus I have a rather large collection of Commercial Licence Fonts.

Time is money!  The first time I create a flyer for you it will take a little longer since I build them from scratch but I will have it to you within 24-48 hours.  After that it’ll take less time because I will know what you want.  You are selling not just the house but possibly your services, my designs they are about the whole package.
