The Patriotic Texas Wine Bag on Brown works as either a wine bag or really it is the perfect wrapping for any type of gift making it a universal Gift bag. It is a Burlap Wine bag that has 3 layers of Iron-on Vinyl that have been cut and then pressed onto the bag to make up the design. Unlike most of my designs, I went with a more rustic feel and look staying away from the sparkly and shiny, and went with a flat vinyl.
